Two things instantly came to mind when I saw these amazing Rolo Brownie Trifles from Bakingdom:
#1 - Where have these been all my life?
#2 - Could I sell my dog just to be close to one?
With layers of Rolos, brownie, caramel sauce, and whipped cream, it's hard to go wrong, right?
Here's a bit of what Bakingdom founder Darla had to say about these bad boys in her original blog post: "These probably look and sound complicated, but the brownies are pretty
much the easiest recipe ever, the caramel sauce only takes about 15
minutes to make, and the whipped cream is easy peasy. If you still think
it’s too much work standing between you and gooey, chocolaty goodness,
though, just use store bought or boxed treats."
I don't know what you're doing right now, but I'm going to be making these tonight. Then again tomorrow. Probably the day after that. Maybe all weekend.
Hmm... Do I have some sort of Rolo fetish?
