One of my all time favourite things about the amazing party designs I've been seeing lately are the way some people are able to take normal, everyday party items and turn them into something extraordinary! When I came across these DIY Lace Balloons by Catalina Bloch I was in awe! And while these balloons might not float the way they should with helium because of the weight of the lace, they would make such a fabulous addition to the decor of any party!
